Application Description of Chains in Wood-based Panel Production Line
Chains are widely used as key transmission and conveying components in the complete wood-based panel production line, covering the whole process from raw material handling, forming, hot pressing, cooling, sanding, trimming to finished panel stacking and transportation. In the panel forming and hot pressing section, heavy-duty conveyor chains ensure stable and synchronous feeding of slabs, maintaining accurate positioning and continuous operation under high temperature and heavy load conditions. In the sanding line, chains cooperate with cylinders, rollers and positioning mechanisms to realize stable conveying, speed matching and position adjustment of plain boards, which is critical for surface sanding quality and thickness uniformity.
