Paper impregnation line
Paper impregnation line is equipment with unwinder, automatic paper splice device to achieve
constant productionand increased productive efficiency. Pre-wetting with adjustable penetration path,
precise metering adjustment by electrical motor to ensure a well-balanced resin covering. High efficient
drying carried out by dedicated nozzles andfrequency controlled radial fan. The temperature of each
dryercan be individual controlled. Advanced aligning systemguarantees precise cutting, accurate and
wrinkle-free stacking. The sophisticated paper-stack replacing deviceprovides abundant time and
convenient operation for replacing paper-stack.
Applications
HM series impregnation lines are suitable for 4~8 feet decorative, kraft, balance, overlay and
shuttering paper for furniture board, laminate flooring, HPL, etc.
