Equipped with advanced AI visual inspection and high-precision thickness sensing system, it can accurately detect and sort OSB boards according to surface defects (cracks, bark residues, glue spots, insect holes), thickness deviation, density uniformity and product grade (OSB/1 to OSB/4). The sorting accuracy is up to 99.8%, which effectively avoids unqualified products from flowing into the packaging link, ensures the consistency of finished OSB products, and helps enterprises improve product qualification rate and market competitiveness.

Adopt Siemens PLC centralized control system and HMI intelligent operation interface, which can realize 24-hour continuous unmanned operation, and automatically complete all processes such as OSB board feeding, sorting, stacking, wrapping, strapping and discharging. One operator can complete the operation and monitoring of the whole line, which can replace 8-12 manual workers, greatly reducing labor cost and avoiding human errors caused by manual operation.

It is specially optimized for OSB boards (Oriented Strand Board), and can also be compatible with other wood-based panels such as plywood, melamine MDF and particle board. It supports customized adjustment of board specifications (thickness 6-40mm, width 1220-2500mm, length customizable), packaging speed and stacking height, which can meet the production needs of different scales of OSB manufacturers, from small and medium-sized factories to large-scale production base

The whole line adopts industrial-grade heavy-duty structure, key components (such as strapping head, conveyor belt, sorting sensor) are imported from Germany and Italy, with high wear resistance and stability, and the failure rate is less than 0.5%. The packaging speed can reach 15-30 stacks per hour, and the daily processing capacity can match the OSB production line with 300-500m³ daily output, ensuring continuous and stable production. At the same time, it is equipped with a heat recovery system and low-emission design, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

The packaging link adopts six-sided stretch wrapping and multi-point strapping design, which can effectively protect OSB boards from scratch, moisture and collision during storage and transportation. It can automatically add corner protectors and bottom pads, ensure the stability of the packaging stack, prevent the boards from loosening and damage, reduce the loss of finished products in the transportation process, and help enterprises reduce transportation costs.
