HPL High Presssure Lamination multi Hot Press machine

High Pressure Laminate (HPL) Machine is an industrial equipment used to manufacture high-pressure laminates, which are durable, decorative surfaces commonly used in furniture, countertops, flooring, and wall panels. HPL/compact  is made by fusing multiple layers of kraft paper impreganation in phenolic resin with a decorative top layer (melamine-impregnated sheet) under high heat and pressure.

Types of HPL Machines:

Single Daylight Press – Processes one set of laminates at a time.

Multi-Daylight Press – Handles multiple laminates simultaneously for higher production.

Continuous Press – Used for large-scale production with a conveyor-based system.
