How is Mixing and Extrusion line working?

Loading  raw materials of SPC flooring to mixer, after mixing, raw materials stay in Silo, then go to Extuder machine, through T-die(T moulding), SPC sheet get through  Five roller calenders laminating PVC film and wear resistant film, then SPC board through colling conveyor, then cutting, then stacking.

SPC Flooring IXPE/EVA Underlayment Laminating Machine

SPC Floor V groove painting line is used for SPC Flooring V-shape groove paint. Cutting some of the flooring upper edge at 30/45°, and then paint it withwater-based paint .After paving, the seam will show a V-shaped notch. The edge color is richand layered, and it is more beautiful.

Bond the underlayment materials on the backside of the flooring to improvethe ability of sound insulation, make the SPC flooring more comfortable,improve the level of the SPC flooring. After adjusting the flooring straight system,the floors go with the conveyor and coated with glue, going through the heating oven ,laminate the underlayment tightly by rubber rollers ,then trimming.

This semi- automatic packing machine is widely used in flooring  packing industries. 
The products (such as carton ) will be sealed by film automatically,and then shrink through shrinking machine to look more beautiful and proof water.

Full Packing  line of SPC flooring  is a high-speed automatic packaging line, designed and developed for the automatic packaging of standard plastic floors on the market.
Automatically fold the cartons, after positioned a certain amount of floors ,automatic put into the cartons for packaging, fixed by hot melt glue,and finally stack them for easy transportation.
